Pre-dinner canapés

Homemade sourdough and butter - optional

Amuse Bouche:
Roasted parsnip, carrot and coriander soup, coconut yogurt

Starter:
Wild mushroom frittata, caramelised red onion, goats cheese, mixed leaf, honey and mustard dressing
​
Fish course:
Grilled seabass, green bean, artichoke salad, lime beurre blanc, lemon balm
​
Sorbet:
Lemon infused sorbet, mint
​
Main course:
Pan-fried Cornfed chicken, puttanesca sauce, smoked parmentier potatoes, seasonal vegetables
OR
Chargrilled beef fillet, pink peppercorn sauce, smoked parmentier potatoes, seasonal vegetables (£)
(This main course comes with a supplement cost)
Please let chef know which main course you would like.

Dessert:
Sticky toffee pudding, sticky toffee sauce, vanilla ice cream, berries, mint
Alternatively, we have a trio of desserts available for a price supplement (£)
Please note: If there are any people with dietary requirements or allergies, please let the chef know and an alternative course will be offered for them.
