Six Course Taster Menu Spring/Summer 2023

Pre-dinner canapés
(not part of the six course taster menu, please enquire if interested)

Amuse Bouche:
Roasted red pepper, plum tomato soup, basil drizzle, herb croute

Starter:
Warm frittata with goats' cheese, caramelised red onion, mixed baby leaves, honey and mustard dressing
​
Fish course:
Pan fried seabass, haricot bean ragout, mojo verde
​
Sorbet:
Lemon infused sorbet, mint
​
Main course:
Zaatar spiced grilled chicken, tahini dressing, smoked parmentier potatoes, summer vegetables
OR
Char grilled beef fillet, chimichurri sauce, smoked parmentier potatoes, summer vegetables (This main course comes with a supplement cost of £6.00pp due to the high cost of fillet steak)

Dessert:
Raspberry creme brûlée, lemon balm

Alternatively, we have a trio of desserts available for a price supplement (£)
Please note: If there are any people with dietary requirements or allergies, please let the chef know and an alternative course will be offered for them.

Homemade sourdough and butter is available as an optional extra, at £10 for the table
