Carved leg of lamb with a tomato and fennel vinaigrette
Served with warm wraps

BBQ fillet steaks extra matured. (Cooked pink unless asked for well done.)
Burger Bar
Homemade beef burgers with fresh chilli and tarragon (for the adults)
Burger buns, ketchup, Dijon mustard and assorted tomato relishes
Sliced pickled cucumber, crunchy cos lettuce and sliced vine tomatoes

BBQ large portobello mushrooms and red peppers with grilled halloumi cheese and red pesto
Salads and sides
Summer slaw salad
(marinated white and red cabbage with roasted macadamia nuts, mango, soya , coriander and chilli flakes with sesame oil)
Roasted broccoli and baby onion salad with garlic and fresh herbs
Buffalo mozzarella, basil, tomato salad with pomegranate seeds
Sweet potato gratin (sliced warm baked sweet potato with double cream, garlic and fresh herbs)
Desserts
Tropical fruit salad with cream
Fresh mango, passion fruit and lime mousse (in shot glasses)
Mini vanilla creme brûlée with a raspberry coulis
Mini chocolate and hazelnut brownies with a Mars bar chocolate sauce
