6 course taster dinner
All portions will be substantially smaller then those featured on a 3 course dinner
All our starters are served with homemade bread, and French butter
Ravioli, wilted spinach and feta, roasted red pepper sauce, lemon balm
Marinated seared scallops, lime infused crab mash , brunoise red pepper , rocket salad , balsamic, truffle oil
Pan fried seabass, lemon grass broth, julienne of asian vegetables
Lemon sorbet with mint to cleanse the pallet ( in shot glasses )
Meat course :
Herb crusted Rack of lamb, red wine reduction
Dessert course :
Lemon Panacotta, wild berry compote And Chocolate and lime cheesecake, raspberry coulis
Cheese course :
Selection of cheeses and chutneys, celery and grapes
Tea, coffee and homemade truffles

Due to popular demand and his fantastic food and service, Mike has now branched out and created Mike Fishpen Personal Chef Services.
Mike Fishpen has been a chef for over 25 years, with a wealth of experience behind him. Working at the five star Hyatt Regency Hotel, and Hilton Hotel group internationally, Bibendum and Rules restaurant in the Uk. ( To name a few)
Mike is very hands on and will still be doing dinners, as he loves his job, to cook and entertain.
We have a team of private chefs that have worked in many top hotels and restaurants globally, and have plenty of experience behind them to make your chosen dinner or event truly special.
All our private chefs are vetted, qualified and have up to date hygiene certificates and are fully insured.
For larger groups of people we also offer professional waiters and waitresses to provide a full service during the meal.
